SH Figuarts Dragon Ball Super Goku Black Bandai Tamashii Nations Toy Figure Review

Goku Black ( pronounced Burakku in Japanese ) is the main antagonist in the Dragon Ball Super anime, Future Trunks Saga. Goku Black's true identity is Zamasu who stole the body of the original present Goku. For more information, refer to the Dragon Ball Wiki page.

The SH Figuarts Dragon Ball Super Goku Black Figure pays attention to detail and features Goku Black with his Potara earring on his left ear down to the Time Ring on his right hand.

He also comes with the Power Up effect which is a rare inclusion as SH Figuarts Figures seldom come with such accessories so this is a good addition. I like the dark purple color which signifies a more evil, darker power that is associated with Goku Black.

Also, the SH Figuarts Dragon Ball Super Goku Black Figurecomes with interchangeable head to allow for his transformation to the Super Saiyan Rose. He also comes with the energy aura accessory which is a blade of energy that he used to mortally injure Vegeta.

In terms of facial sculpt, I really like what they have done with the SH Figuarts Goku Black and his more evil and sinister expression is captured nicely here.

Bandai Tamashii Nations - SH Figuarts DBZ Majin Buu Figure Review

Introduction - SH Figuarts Majin Buu Figure Review   "Buu turn you into candy and eat you!"  The Majin Buu is the final villain in the Dragon Ball Z Manga. Honestly, I did not like the Dragon Ball Z Majin Buu Saga when I read the manga as a kid. I felt that the author should have ended the manga after the Cell Arc. All the different forms of the Majin Buu such as Kid Buu, Super Buu (Evil Buu) , Innocent Buu (Fat Buu or Zen Buu) as well as the other intermediate forms as Buu absorbed other characters really got me thinking that the author was   running out of ideas. Nevertheless, the character design is pretty unique and the SH Figuarts Majin Buu (Fat Buu or Zen version) captured this very well.  Packaging I knew that the SH Figuarts Majin Buu was going to be a big figure but when I received the actual figure, I was pleasantly surprised that it was HUGE . The box itself is much larger than the SH Figuarts DBZ Nappa figure. ...

Jax Woon's Collection - Rare Guyver Figures 100% Complete Collection in Glass Display Cabinet

I just moved to my new house and finally got a proper toy display cabinet for my toy collection. The centre-piece of my collection is of course the Guyver anime figures from the Maxfactory Bio Fighter Collection Series. I have had many friends coming over to my place and commenting that these Guyver Figures look very nice but they had no idea who these characters were. If you do not already know them and are a fan of anime, I highly recommend that you purchase the Guyver Anime: Complete Box Set [Blu-ray] from Amazon.com to get to know them. It is just 26 episodes so it will not take up a lot of your time to start a new anime series. I consider myself lucky to have been able to complete the collection way before the prices sky rocketed in the secondary market. Just doing a quick search on Ebay and you will find that the average listed price for the Guyver Figures is about USD$200 to USD$400 per figure meaning the prices have more than tripled from the time of relea...

Guyver Figure- Guyver III Max Factory Bio Fighter Collection 01 Review

Written By Jax. Pics Courtesy of Donnay The Guyver Figures from the Max Factory Bio Fighter Collection are one of the coolest toy figures I have ever came across. The  Guyver III Bio Fighter Collection Series 01 (Max Factory)  is the first figure of this series. Lets review it point by point: Packaging: I personally love the packaging for this series. The outer layer is a transparent box which offers protection for the second layer. The second layer is the packaging which houses the plastic covers that sandwiches the Guyver III within it. It really looks good on display with all the printouts of the images of the toy itself, as well as display of the arsenal of interchangable arms and blades(more on this later). What is best is that you do not need to make any cuts or tears to the box in order to get the toy out. This means that if at any point you do not want to display the  Guyver III  figure any more, you can just pack it back in to the box just l...
