SH Figuarts Dragon Ball Z DBZ Son Goku SSJ3 Super Saiyan 3 Toy Review

Recently I am really picking up on the SH Figuarts Dragon Ball Z figures line and the S.H. Figuarts Super Saiyan 3 Son Goku Dragon Ball Z Action Figure got my attention. This character got a short appearance in the Dragon Ball Z manga and I am not sure he is really such a pivotal character. However, considering that this figure depicts the first time that Son Goku went into SSJ3 mode, it seems to be an important toy figure to have to bookmark major events from the manga.

This re-issue figure comes with a brand new mold which looks greatly improved and has a nicer color tone but SH Figuarts dropped the power up effects that surrounded Son Goku in the previous edition..

The power up effect is not included. All we get this time round is the improved mold for the Son Goku SSJ3 figure.

Toy Review: Max Factory Figma Guyver I Figure vs Maxfactory Bio Fighter Collection Guyver I Figure

I have been a collector of the Maxfactory Bio Fighter Collection Guyver figures for many years now and it was only recently that the Figma Guyver I came to my attention. Even though I have seen pictures of the Figma Guyver I figure for a while, I had always thought that it was just a scaled down version of the previous Bio Fighter Collection Guyver I figure. It turns out that I was wrong and there are many differences between the old and new Guyver figure and the Figma Guyver I could be a good start to a promising toy line. The Guyver III Bio Fighter Collection Series 01 (Max Factory) is the first figure of this series. Lets review it point by point: Packaging: I personally love the packaging for this series. The outer layer is a transparent box which offers protection for the second layer. The second layer is the packaging which houses the plastic covers that sandwiches the Guyver III within it. It really looks good on display with all the printouts of the images of the toy itself, as well as display of the arsenal of interchangable arms and blades(more on this later). What is best is that you do not need to make any cuts or tears to the box in order to get the toy out.
