Toy Review: Bandai Tamashii Nations S.H. Figuarts Sage Mode "Naruto Shippuden" Action Figure

The S.H. Figuarts Sage Mode Naruto comes with amazing likeness to the anime character as we have come to expect from SH Figuarts. Tamashii Nations really greatly improved on the previous Naruto figure and this new Naruto Sage Mode figure is really beautiful. I really like the facial expression on Naruto as the feel of the character is really captured very well.

The S.H. Figuarts Sage Mode Naruto has immaculate paint job and is highly articulated. Also, it comes with tons of accessories. Firstly, Naruto comes with two Sage Mode faces and a smiling face. Interchangeable hands include fist hands, Kunai holding hands, Justu hand which is what he does for his Kage Bunshin, open palms and a hand with a peg on it to hold the Rasengan.

Talking about Rasengan, he not only comes with the regular Rasengan but also another energy effect for his Rasen-Shuriken. Most importantly, he comes with a Tamashii Nations figure stand which can be used to hold the S.H. Figuarts Sage Mode Naruto figure itself as well as the Rasen-Shuriken. For regular weapons, he also comes with two Kunais.

Toy Review: Max Factory Figma Guyver I Figure vs Maxfactory Bio Fighter Collection Guyver I Figure

I have been a collector of the Maxfactory Bio Fighter Collection Guyver figures for many years now and it was only recently that the Figma Guyver I  came to my attention. Even though I have seen pictures of the Figma Guyver I figure for a while, I had always thought that it was just a scaled down version of the previous Bio Fighter Collection Guyver I figure. It turns out that I was wrong and there are many differences between the old and new Guyver figure and the  Figma Guyver I   could be a good start to a promising toy line. In terms of scale, the Figma Guyver I figure is smaller than the BFC Guyver I figure but the differences do not stop here. Articulation and paint job wise, the Figma version is fantastic and even more articulated than the BFC version. For example, the Figma Guyver I can actually perform a high kick and a split which the BFC Guyver I is not able to, due to the very hard rubber located near the waist. Also, you can switch o...

Gigantic Guyver Action Figure- Max Factory Guyver Bio Fighter Collection 10 Review

Written By Jax. Pics Courtesy of Donnay Packaging for  Maxfactory Bio Fighter Collection 10 Gigantic Guyver Figure  is the same as that of the previous Gigantic Dark Guyver Figure . There are openings on the side of the package so that you can see the accessories more clearly. I guess the only reason for doing that is to tempt collectors more : ) Despite his size, the  Gigantic Guyver  is super articulated. Joints at the elbows allow for bending more then 90 degrees. The green gravitational boosters on the body are translucent and looks as if they are pulsating with energy. Once again, Max Factory has impressed me with the details on the  Gigantic Guyver's  face. No paint bleeding of any sort can be seen. All the details on the face are captured. The head can not only tilt downwards as in previous figures.  Gigantic Dark Guyver  and Gigantic Guyver can both tilt their heads upwards by around 45 degrees, opening up new possibi...

Toy Review: Bandai Tamashii Nations S.H. Figuarts Piccolo Dragonball Z Action Figure

The S.H Figuarts Piccolo figure is a fantastic figure at a fantastic price. First released in Novemeber 2009, this figure had a recommended retail price of USD$45. Surprisingly, this beautiful  S.H Figuarts Piccolo figure   and can still be found on  Amazon.com   at a very reasonably $35 dollars at the point of writing. Looking closely at the  S.H Figuarts Piccolo figure , you can tell that Bandai did a fantastic job and they really captured the feel of Piccolo very well. The figure itself stands at around 170mm and comes with many accessories that you can mix and match, making it a very fun figure to have. He comes with interchangeable hands, face and his iconic costume with turban and cape.  Also, I think Piccolo looks very nice with folded arms which is also included. The  S.H Figuarts Piccolo figure   is very articulated and the joints are smooth, making posing easy.  A small regret is that the  S.H Fig...
